Maureen Merrigan
Over the past 20 years, Maureen has led National Specialty, Hospital and Biotech Sales Forces for both large and small healthcare companies, including BASF and Abbott Laboratories. Maureen is currently pursuing a PhD in I-O Psychology at IIT and business studies at University of Chicago.
She has designed and implemented over 300 different sales force effectiveness initiatives for pharmaceutical, hospital, biotech and specialty sales forces, including managed care, government affairs, marketing and sales management.
Ari Siskind
Ari has a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Ari manages our Evidence @ Work ® projects, including the management journal club, leadership training, sales force assessment and client research projects. Ari also provides key support for Inteflex consulting projects.
Brian Bell
Brian brings over 10 years experience in sales, marketing, training and operations, with a focus on sales force assessment, sales strategy, KPI metrics, telesales, new customer acquisition and retention. He earned his MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. Brian leads many of our key SFE initiatives.
Rebecca Anderson
Rebecca is pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Her areas of focus include selection, validation, survey development and performance management. Rebecca supports our Evidence @ Work ® Initiatives, including advanced sales management training projects.

Marcia McDermott
Marcia has worked extensively in sales and business management, and is a sought after speaker regarding performance. Her previous experience as a world class athlete, professional sports coach and GM is utilized by Inteflex in developing programs which elevate the capabilities of even the most successful sales forces. In 2011, she served as an Assistant Coach to the United State Women's National Team including through the Women's World Cup. In addition, she works with coaches and teams as a high-performance consultant.
Jennifer Steele
Jennifer has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical (primary care and specialty markets) and biotech industries. Jennifer supports Inteflex in a variety of capacities including sales force effectiveness initiatives, project management, and the design, development and execution of innovative training and development programs.
Bruce Fisher, Ph.D.
Bruce is Director of the Center for Research and Service at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). His focus is managerial selection and development, survey research, assessment and program evaluation, all areas which he supports for Inteflex.
Kim Casale
Kim has over 20 years experience in pharmaceutical and managed care sales. She has led sales groups in hospital, primary care and managed markets. As an Inteflex affiliate consultant, Kim assists with projects in sales strategy, sales force effectiveness, training and strategic account management.
Annette Towler, Ph.D.
Annette is a tenured associate professor of Psychology at DePaul University. She has published 16 articles in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology and has over 30 conference presentations. Her research has primarily focused on improving training design features to increase transfer of employee skills to the workplace. She supports Inteflex with training design, Journal Club and Evidence @ Work ® products and deliverables.
